David Curtis has been working as an executive and business owner in the post-acute sector for sixteen
years. Currently, David is the CEO of Graham Healthcare Group; leading the home health unit that has
1,500 employees and approximately $200M in annual revenues. Graham Healthcare Group is a whollyowned
subsidiary of Graham Holdings, formerly The Washington Post Co. GHC is a $3B diversified holding
company listed on the NYSE.
• Previously, David served as the President of Residential Home Health growing the business from $5M to
$100M in revenues in nine years. Services from this portfolio of businesses in MI and IL included home
health, hospice, mail-order diabetic supply. Residential Healthcare Group was consistently recognized for
clinical outcomes, financial performance, and employee engagement, and it has become the leading
choice of physicians, hospitals and nursing homes in the markets served.
• In 2014, David and his partners sold Residential Healthcare Group sold to Graham Holdings Co. This new
ownership structure enabled Residential to partner with health systems, large physician groups and other
providers in building post-acute networks.
• In 2016, Residential Healthcare Group combined with Celtic Healthcare, another GHC subsidiary to form
Graham Healthcare Group (GHG), one of the largest post-acute providers in the country spanning home
health, palliative and hospice services with 2,500 employees and $300M in annual revenues. Currently,
David serves as the Chief Executive Officer of GHG’s Home Health operating unit that spans MI, IL and PA
comprised of six home health companies including three JVs with health systems.
• In 2018, as one of two Managing Partners, David has launched Graham Healthcare Capital, a healthcare
private equity fund with an initial tranche of $150M in capital to pursue service and technology
companies; the team is based out of its Nashville office.
