David Weiss has been the Chief Executive Officer of Podiatry Growth Partners since June 2020. Based in St. Louis, Missouri, and backed by private equity investors Compass Group Equity Partners, VSS, Siguler Guff, and SunGate Capital, Podiatry Growth Partners is a leading growth partner to lower extremity care clinics throughout the country, with over 40 locations and 60 doctors nationwide.
Prior to founding Podiatry Growth Partners, David served as Senior Vice President at EyeCare Partners, an optometry and ophthalmology consolidation platform backed by FFL Partners that sold to Partners Group in February 2020 for $2.2 billion.
Prior to EyeCare Partners, David spent five years as the General Counsel of a hedge fund that once had over $2 billion in assets under management, as an Associate at an international law firm, and as an Analyst at a boutique investment bank.
He received a B.A. cum laude from Yale University and a J.D. from Columbia Law School, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and an editor of the Columbia Law Review.
