Margaret started Amie Health while an MBA student at INSEAD where she won 1st place at INSEAD’s Startup Bootcamp and was selected as a semi-finalist at INSEAD’s Venture Competition. She graduated from INSEAD’s campus in Fontainebleau, France in December 2021. She completed her summer internship with Danaher Corporation company, Beckman Coulter Life Sciences.

Prior to starting her MBA, Margaret worked at USAID's Global Health Center for Innovation and Impact where she supported the agency's coronavirus response by identifying and assessing over 500 COVID-19 innovations. Previously, Margaret worked as a management consultant with Cicero Group where she consulted for healthcare, education, and nonprofit clients. She was selected to launch an impact investing fund called Cicero Impact Capital, providing revenue-based mezzanine investment across Africa, Latin America, and the US.

As an undergraduate, Margaret co-founded a social venture, NNR Medical, to develop low-cost medical solutions for the developing world. She also was selected to participate in the Crocker Innovation Fellowship, a year-long interdisciplinary entrepreneurial innovation program. Margaret graduated from Brigham Young University in Strategic Management with a minor in Women's Studies. In her spare time, she can be found exploring hiking trails, playing board games, or swing dancing.
