Justin is the Founder and CEO of LockedBrandsTM. He is a serial entrepreneur with a passion for serving others and bringing companies to life that serve society.

Justin has launched products for the security and control of opioids and other critical drugs.

His latest venture is MedSure™ and is the first-of-its-kind comprehensive medication management system designed to alleviate the low med compliance challenge impacting 50% of all prescription drugs and leading to billions of wasted healthcare dollars and tens-of-thousands of unnecessary deaths each year.

Prior to the current venture, Justin was personally impacted by the opioid crisis when a sibling was a victim of addiction. Seeing first-hand the personal devastation, Justin conceived, designed and successfully developed a first-of-its-kind secure system to manage the proper use of critical life-saving drugs.

Justin previously served with Hughes Aircraft / Raytheon Company for 35 years where he held increasingly senior positions in critical national defense engineering, business development, and executive management assignments. His work spanned the successful design and development of multi-billion dollar highly sophisticated air-to-ground radar systems and turnaround assignments where he successfully restaged a major defense contract building a team that brought more than $100M of cost overruns and delays under control and resulted in one of the most successful product launches at Hughes / Raytheon.

Justin holds an undergraduate degree from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and a Master’s Degree from the University of Southern California (USC), both in Electrical Engineering.
