Rachael McCrary is an award winning entrepreneur from Los Angeles. With a background in fashion design, she invented the RxBra, a medically effective bra sold to plastic surgeon and their patients. She is the Co-Founder of Gather Labs, a CLIA laboratory offering same day diagnostics in Beverly Hills. With 20 years of industry design and logistics experience, she is a business advisor to many companies and their CEOs. She was the founder of Jewel Toned, the first shapewear for Millennials. Throughout her career, she has developed products for major brands and the largest retailers in the world. Whether it's for a fashion product or a laboratory, she disrupts markets with innovation and execution.

As a funded founder she was famously the first single female founder to raise $1 Million in 2015. Rachael appeared on the TV show Entrepreneur Elevator Pitch and won 25 other pitch competitions and was named one of LA's 100 Worthy Women. She is known for being both right and left brained, is passionate about innovation and bringing ideas to life. Rachael studied Fashion Design at FIDM in San Francisco and FIT in New York City. She's interested in personal and socioeconomic transformation through building brands. Most of her career has included conducting business in Hong Kong and Rachael is known for having logistical superpowers when it comes to moving product around the globe.
